To replace an Hosts File using GPO you only need to follow the steps bellow:
1. Create a GPO: Computer -> Preferences -> Windows
Settings -> Files -> create a New file rull
2. choose the option Replace
3. Source -> modified hosts file located at a UNC accessible
by all computers (NETLOGON ?)
4. Destination -> C:\Windows\Systems32\drivers\etc\hosts
