KB4103727 breaks Remote Desktop connections on Windows 10

Many users complained that this patch breaks Remote Desktop connections and added that the quickest solution to solve the problem is to simply uninstall the update. We have had a few users with the newly released update installed who have had problems connecting to Servers via Remote Desktop. Their session seemed to initialize, the logon/welcome screen is displayed for a second or two, but then the connection is abruptly stopped. […] Every client with this issue had KB4103727 installed. The Issue is resolved by removing KB4103727 from the client.
